Requirements:
a) Attach your corporate policy/Constitution/bye-laws and Certificate of registration from registrar general or appropriate regulatory Body in Ghana
b) At least two (2) months old Utility bills (Water bill/Electricity bill) should be provided
c) A national ID Card (Voters ID, Ghana Card, Passport, Driver’s License) of Executive Directors.
